Cement & acrylic based, two component, resistant to positive & negative water pressure waterproofing material with capillary effect.

Application Procedure
Preparation of Substrate

Application substrate must be sound, mainly smooth & clean . The application surface must be clear of materials which prevent bonding, such as oil, rust, paint, silicone, curing agents, detergents. Weak parts of the concrete must be repaired, plasters that are not well adhered must be removed, the surface must be flat & sound, static cracks on the building must be repaired with PROSEAL REPAIRMAX. The surface must be saturated with water & must be kept moist during the application. 

Application Method

Pour liquid Part A into mixing container & slowly added powder Part B. Continue mixing for at least 3-5 minutes until a homogenous & uniform mixture is obtained. Wait for 3-5 minutes & mix again for approximately 30 seconds & becomes ready to use. Prepared PROCOAT mixture is applied by brush or spray machine as two or three layers. Brush application direction in each layer must be perpendicular to each other. The surface must be protected from direct sunlight & prevented from drying quickly. 

Consumption
1,20 - 1,3 kg/m² is applied for each layer. Recommended at least 2 coats application. If needed high protection, 3 coats application can be applied. Maximum application wet thickness is 1,3 mm for each coats.
